My name is Lisa, and I am a certified Emergency First Response instructor since 2019. My journey in first aid began at 16 when I became a swimming pool lifeguard, and I've continued to enhance my skills through annual refresher courses and scuba diving training. With my EFR courses I aim to raise awareness about the importance of first aid training and empower everyone with the confidence to save a life.
